Big Social Sauna
It’s hot - and it's about to get hotter in Central's largest Finnish sauna. Come alone or come together, no matter, the temperature continues to creep higher as the conversasions flow, sweat drips, and toxins flush away.
In time, you surrender to the heat. Your blood vessels dilate, improving circulation, whilst the tension you hold melt away.
Individual Cold Plunges
It's always colder in our custom stainless steel tubs than you remember. The air leaves your lungs as you plunge in, your nervous system reacts. Adrenaline surges, muscles tense, and heart rate jumps.
With effort, your focus sharpens and breathing steadies. Boosting endorphins, reducing inflammation, and activating BAT. You think to yourself, "it's not that bad today".

Convenience is the key to good habits. Every session includes bath and sauna towels, as well as bathing suits for a true B.Y.O.Body experience in Central.
Freshen up at our amenities corner before a meeting, appointment, or even a date. We might even throw in some electrolytes, if we're being nice.
